Indigenous-owned, situated in the heart of downtown Kamloops on the traditional unceded lands of the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc within Secwepemcúl’ecw in the heart of downtown Kamloops. We respectfully acknowledge the traditional territory of the Secwépemc people, upon which we work and live.

We are a team of Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists, and Counsellors providing exceptional care through exercise therapy, active rehabilitation, counselling and therapeutic services. We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for healing and personal growth, a place where people can come to learn about their body and mind and adopt tools for self-care. Pool therapy or water therapy consists of therapeutic exercise done in a pool setting. Exercising in water assists in strengthening and conditioning, the water being means of resistance with less impact on the body. It is  a low-impact option for exercise, which can also help to reduce the risk of reoccurring injury and chronic pain.
